Precision Cutting & Handling Equipment

For precision profile cutting, we utilize:

Plasma CNC Cutting

Capable of cutting up to 15mm thickness with a maximum width of 3000mm.

Oxy-Fuel CNC Cutting

Handles material thickness up to 100mm with a maximum width of 3000mm.

CNC Cutting Bed

Dedicated 70m cutting bed for large-scale precision cutting.

Heavy-Duty Handling Cranes

Equipped with two 20MT Goliath cranes for efficient material handling.

Bending & Rolling

Equipped with PLC-controlled rolling machines:

Roller 1: Thickness up to 50mm, Diameter up to 5000mm, Width 3000mm

Final Assembly & Quality Control

Climbing ladders, tower platforms, and other components are assembled at this stage

Final inspections and quality checks conducted before dispatch

End cover and body cover added for protection during transportation

Loading & Dispatch

  • 50MT cranes for loading onto vehicles
  • Secure lashing belts to maintain stability during transport
